Each month, the Office of Global Education presents a Cultural Café where members of the ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì community can learn about the history, traditions and cuisine of other countries from ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì's international students.
Students, faculty, staff and alumni celebrated I AM FIRST Week, a recognition of ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì University students’ first-generation identity, by building community and showcasing campus-wide support.
This year’s speaker for ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì University’s Bowman Breakfast was the embodiment of the symbiotic relationship between the university and the city of Kent that is celebrated at the annual event.
As part of ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì’s ongoing 2025-26 Thomas Schroth Visiting Artist Series, the university hosted seven-time Grammy nominee Bobby Sanabria as a guest artist. He led master classes, rehearsals and lectures focused on music, business and social change.
ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì University’s associate vice president of the Office of Global Education, Paulo Mussi Agusto, Ph.D., was featured as a guest in an episode of the “On Campus – with CITI Program" to talk about the American Academy.
