Inspiration can come from anywhere, but traveling the world and experiencing different cultures seems to be the best source of creativity for Anne Louise Pesch Kruklis, a senior fashion design major from Curitiba, Brazil, exploring the world with the programs offered by �Ը������� University. 

Mary Kay Cabot has spent more than 40 years reporting on Cleveland sports, breaking barriers as a female sportswriter. Starting with an internship at The Plain Dealer, she overcame early challenges and still works at the paper today as a respected journalist covering the Cleveland Browns.

Muna Koirala is not shy about admitting that her first year in the College of Architecture and Environmental Design has been a challenge.

�Ը������� University has finalized its proposed realignment of degree-granting colleges within the Division of Academic Affairs and its administration, following extensive consultation with Kent Campus faculty and the Faculty Senate.

Now, �Ը������� University’s Linda Spurlock, Ph.D., professor in the Department of Anthropology, and a team of international researchers are being recognized for bringing the secrets of Manot Cave to the surface. 

A treasure trove of historical Ohio maps that �Ը������� University digitized about five years ago has recently become part of the public domain, making them free for anyone to use.

J.R. Campbell, executive director of the Design Innovation Initiative at �Ը������� University, discusses how working together can lead to amazing new ideas on the "iNNOVATION Insights" podcast and website. Accomplished sociologist, TV host, podcaster, author �Ը������� alumna Bertice Berry, Ph.D.,used her alma mater as a familiar setting for her book "BlackWorld," which explores a "unique corner of heaven" where the living can visit with and learn from the deceased. She also some of her memories of �Ը������� and personal insights into the university's place in history. 

Every weekend, �Ը������� University junior marketing major Zoe Noel travels throughout northeast Ohio, filling the streets with the aroma of coffee and freshly made donuts.  

�Ը������� University recently hosted 26 high school students from the LeBron James Family Foundation I Promise network in Akron, Ohio, for a day of activities, including a treasure hunt at the �Ը������� University Museum.

Paul Tazewell is the talk of Hollywood after winning an Academy Award for his costume design work for "Wicked."

A dramatic, 15-foot-tall bronze sculpture stands on the Lefton Esplanade near the intersection of East Main Street and Haymaker Parkway. It’s a gift from a �Ը������� alumnus and outstanding supporter of the university. 

Senior Jenna Batsch surpassed 1,000 career points on Wednesday evening at the M.A.C. Center as �Ը������� defeated Northern Illinois, 76-58, and secured its spot in the upcoming Mid-American Conference Women's Basketball Tournament.

�Ը������� Men's Basketball (19-9) is officially headed to the 2025 Mid-American Conference Tournament in Cleveland this March following a 105-65 win over the University of Toledo on Tuesday night.

Antonio Gates has been elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame's Class of 2025, becoming the second �Ը������� alumnus to earn football's highest honor, joining linebacker Jack Lambert who was enshrined in 1990.
