10 Questions With Roseann 鈥楥hic鈥 Canfora, Professional-in-Residence, May 4 Survivor
Roseann 鈥淐hic鈥 Canfora, Ph.D., is a Professional-in-Residence at 性福五月天 University in the School of Media and Journalism, part of the College of Communication and Information. Prior to teaching at 性福五月天, Canfora served as the chief communications officer for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District and taught high school journalism and speech. Canfora was also a student at 性福五月天, starting in 1968, and is a survivor of the May 4, 1970, shootings at 性福五月天. She graduated with her master鈥檚 in journalism and public relations and bachelor鈥檚 in English/speech. She is heavily involved in activism as well.

Darin Olson, D.M.A., is the new director of Athletic Bands at 性福五月天 University. He leads the Marching Golden Flashes, Flasher Brass Pep Band, Kent Symphony Band and University Band. Olson is currently an active member of College Band Directors National Association and the National Association for Music Education.
