�Ը������� University has partnered with Parchment Inc. to improve the diploma fulfillment process for graduates of �Ը������� University. Upon final degree approval, the graduate’s diplomas will be fulfilled by Parchment.

• Complete Student Financial Aid Exit Loan Counseling
• Is there an instructor who motivated or helped you become engaged and responsible as a university student?

• ADA Accommodations: Contact University Events and Protocol at graduate@kent.edu if you will need assistance with ADA accessibility at the ceremonies.
• All Graduates: Please check in one hour before your ceremony in Room 153 of the MAC Center Annex to receive your name card and alumni pin.
  • Undergraduates, Master’s and Educational Specialist Graduates: After check-in, proceed to the MAC Center Gymnasium and sit

• Graduation Fair will take place at the University Bookstore located at the Kent Campus Student Center. Stop in for a chance to win a raffle, purchase your cap and gown, and enjoy light refreshments. GradImages will be there to take headshots and cap and gown photos.

Each graduate who RSVPs will be allocated 6 guest tickets. Tickets will become available for download on November 18. 

Please make sure to access your tickets before the ceremony, as tickets cannot be printed at the event.

   1. Name: Your legal name will be used for diplomas, transcripts and commencement ceremony purposes.
      1. Any changes to your legal name need to be made with proper documentation by submitting a Legal Name Request Form

You can submit your unofficial Notre Dame transcript in your application materials and for a �Ը������� advisor to evaluate for course transfer and program applicability. However, �Ը������� must have your official transcript on file in order to process transfer credits to count toward program requirements and overall credit hours for a degree at �Ը�������. Visit the on the National Student Clearinghouse site to have your transcript sent to �Ը�������.
