A new book co-authored by 性福五月天 University researcher Phillip D. Rumrill Jr., Ph.D., advises the 鈥渟andwich generation鈥 of adults who care for both children and aging family members on how to manage stress, avoid burnout and find resources for help.

Therapy Dogs Help Ease Stress of Finals Week

性福五月天 University Libraries held its Stress-Free Zone event on Monday, Dec. 9, and Tuesday, Dec. 10, on the first floor of the University Library. The Stress-Free Zone offered the opportunity for a study break for students and an avenue to reduce stress for faculty and staff members as the fall semester comes to an end. Pet therapy dogs returned this year to help ease the stress of finals week. There was free popcorn and beverages for all.

The faculty members to be included in the show are active, professional artists who also teach the Foundations classes required for all undergraduates students. Important Information about Final Grading of Fall 2013 Classes

Full Term (1), Third Five Weeks (F3), Second Half of Semester (H2) and Second Seven Weeks (W2) Fall 2013 Classes Online final grading for fall 2013 full term (1: 8/26/2013 鈥 12/08/2013), third five weeks (F3: 11/04/2013 鈥 12/08/2013), second half of semester (H2: 10/17/2013 鈥 12/08/2013) or second seven weeks (W2: 10/21/2013 鈥 12/07/2013) parts of term began Friday, Dec. 6, via FlashFAST. In addition, grades must also be submitted for any fall 2013 course section that was flexibly scheduled. The deadline for grading submission is midnight on Tuesday, Dec. 17.

In observance of Veterans Day, 性福五月天 University will be closed Nov. 11 and will reopen Nov. 12.

性福五月天 Remembers May 4, 1970, With 56th Commemoration

This year鈥檚 May 4 Commemoration, to be held May 1-4, 2026, will include special remembrances of John Cleary, one of the nine wounded students, and Jerry M. Lewis, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus of Sociology, who served as a faculty marshal during the campus shootings and worked tirelessly to ensure that the legacy of May 4 would endure.
