Presenters discussed authors' rights and strategies for negotiating publication agreements for articles, books, and book chapters. Examples of contracts were shared along with strategies for reading and understanding them, as well as examples of rights you may want to retain. Presenters also shared two success stories of navigating open access through publisher negotiations.

Navigating the Changing Funding Landscape: Diversifying Your Grant Portfolio
