Faculty and staff are invited to join students for Dinner with Friends, a new recurring dinner series designed to foster meaningful conversation and connection across the �Ը�� community. The first Dinner with Friends will take place Thursday, Feb. 26, from 6–8 p.m. in the Schwebel Room of the Kent Student Center. Co-sponsored by the �Ը�� Votes coalition and Undergraduate Student Government, the program creates a welcoming space to share a meal, listen deeply, and build relationships across campus roles and perspectives.

University Advising is pleased to announce the fourth quarter 2025 winner of �Ը�� University’s Advisor Impact Award – Tiffany Mostov! With more than ten years of impactful service, Tiffany leads as a Senior Advisor II in the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship supporting her colleagues and steadfastly advocating on behalf of students. Tiffany is a student-centered, hardworking, and dedicated professional. She is passionate about making a meaningful difference in students’ lives by partnering with them to create unique and rewarding college experiences.
Space Heater Safety Tips

As temperatures drop, space heaters are sometimes used on campus. However, improper use can lead to fire hazards, injuries, or equipment damage. All space heaters MUST be approved by University Facilities Management (UFM). In many cases, the building electrical systems will not support these devices. Please enter a work order using the ReADY Work Request to request a space heater. Read on for some safety guidelines to keep everyone warm and safe.
The Division of People, Culture and Belonging is hosting two discussions on Intellectual Diversity as outlined in Ohio Senate Bill 1. These conversations are designed to explore our collective understanding of Intellectual Diversity among faculty and staff. Our panelists will engage participants in thoughtful reflections about fostering Intellectual Diversity. All are welcome to attend and be part of the conversation. Both sessions will be held virtually via Zoom.
