- Look for Top Employee Resources. The benefits selection form will be the first item listed starting Oct. 12.
Dental insurance will continue to be provided by Delta Dental of Ohio in 2027, as part of the (Point-of-Service) program. Through this program, you have access to the Delta Dental PPO and Delta Dental Premier networks. You may choose between Low, Basic, or High plans, with an alternate high plan for faculty KSUFA TT/NTT. Coverage is available to all full-time employees and their eligible dependents, including spouses, domestic partners, and benefit-eligible dependent children up to age 26.
Choosing and personalizing your benefits depends on your specific dental care needs, budget and the type of plan you prefer. Under the plans, you are free to visit any licensed dentist you choose. The dental plans offer a large network of contracting providers to choose from when dental care is needed. All plans offer in-network and out-of-network providers; when using an in-network provider, out of pocket costs will be less and the highest level of benefits is received. If a provider is out-of-network, coverage may still be provided but at a lower benefit level.
