Monthly Wellness Challenges
Wellness Challenges are designed to inspire healthy habits, encourage personal growth, and support overall well-being in a fun and engaging way. Whether you're looking to build a new habit, reconnect with activities you enjoy, or simply prioritize your health, these challenges offer opportunities to learn, grow, and stay motivated alongside your colleagues. Small, consistent actions can lead to meaningful improvements in well-being, and every step forward is worth celebrating.
When you register for a wellness challenge, you will receive a weekly email outlining that week's activities, requirements, and submission deadlines. Each challenge runs for four weeks, and participants who successfully complete all four weeks will earn 20 Tier 2 wellness points.
July-
July 6- Aug. 3
This challenge is designed to help you feel more confident, intentional, and in control of your money. Financial wellness isn鈥檛 about perfection 鈥 it鈥檚 about awareness, small changes, and making choices that align with your goals and values. Participants will focus on spending with intention and purpose, setting goals and planning for the future.
August-
Aug. 4- Aug. 31
This challenge is about slowing down, creating space to recharge, and building sustainable habits that support energy, resilience, and well-being. When we鈥檙e constantly 鈥渙n,鈥 it鈥檚 hard to feel balanced 鈥 so this is your invitation to be more intentional with your time, your energy, and your evenings. Participants will focus on creating moments of rest, reducing screen time, finding refreshing movement and building long-term habits!
September-
Sept. 1- Sept. 28
This challenge is all about building habits that help you feel better day to day 鈥 more energy, better focus, and a stronger sense of well-being. Instead of quick fixes, we鈥檙e focusing on small, consistent actions that support your body and mind over time. Participants will focus on movement, fuel from healthy foods, prioritizing rest and staying consistent.
October-
Oct. 5- Nov. 2
This challenge is about building awareness around your mental well-being and taking small, intentional steps to support a healthier, more balanced mind. When we understand what affects us, we鈥檙e better equipped to manage stress, stay connected, and grow. Participants will focus on identifying stressors, limiting social media use, supporting others and reflecting on growth.
November-
Nov. 3- Nov. 30
This challenge is all about building connections, spreading kindness, and celebrating the ways we can lift each other up. When we come together with intention and gratitude, both our communities and our own well-being thrive. Participants will focus on fostering connection, practicing kindness, giving back and showing appreciation.
December-
Dec. 1- Dec. 21
This challenge is about cultivating curiosity, embracing growth, and making learning a joyful, ongoing part of your life. Lifelong learning isn鈥檛 just about acquiring knowledge 鈥 it鈥檚 about exploring new ideas, pushing boundaries, and celebrating progress along the way. Participants will focus on exploring new ideas, defining visions and celebrating milestones.
