Jan. 29, 2026: Class of 2026 Admissions Update

This session will provide an overview of the admissions funnel and our efforts to yield the entering class of 2026. We will review the Admissions Dashboard (Power BI) and discuss the tactics, including the university community’s opportunity for partnership, that will assist in yielding our entering class. We will engage in conversation about upcoming admitted student events, such as Future Flash Days, as well as future opportunities for collaboration between Admissions, academic units and campus partners.

Attendees: This session is open to all members of the university community. It will be particularly beneficial for recruitment coordinators and academic leadership, such as deans, school directors and department chairs, as well as colleagues in the Division of Student Life and other student support areas on campus.

The Data Insights Forum, hosted in partnership with Institutional Effectiveness and Information Technology, will focus on Kent Campus undergraduate student persistence. ÐÔ¸£ÎåÔÂÌì faculty and staff are invited to join us for a dynamic and interactive day dedicated to making data a driving force in everyday decision-making. This inaugural Data Insights Forum will empower you with tools and insights to strengthen your strategies for improving undergraduate student persistence and help us reach our collective goals: 85% retention rate and 65% graduation rate.

  • Flash Insights overview with a preview of the new Schedule of Classes report 

  • Fall 2025 Kent Campus Cohort persistence insights (first-time, full-time undergraduates) and the potential retention impact

  • Training.kent.edu workshop opportunities for navigating data in Excel
