The vendor onboarding and management system utilized by 性福五月天 University is PaymentWorks. Many employees are tasked with managing vendor relations. Concepts such as inviting a payee, looking up a payee, and general use of the system are covered in our training. Please note that, due to budget constraints, AP does not have access to allow registration for training sessions. To join a Teams-based training session, click on the links below at the date and time specified. If no trainees have entered the training session within the first fifteen minutes of the scheduled training time, the AP trainer will consider the training cancelled.

Initiators (people who create and submit payment requests) must attend live Teams-based training. This training session serves as an introduction to the e-Payables system and can also be taken as a refresher of general use.
